Reports To: Anna Kaplan, Head Impact Production

Salary Range: $62,000 - $67,000 depending on experience (pro-rata) plus 11.5 % superannuation

Commitment: 3 days per week (EFT 0.6)

Location: Hybrid remote/office based (Melbourne preferred)

About The Regenerators

The Regenerators is a growing movement of people around the world who are interested and invested in learning about regeneration, and integrating regenerative practices into their lives, so that collectively we can improve our ecological and social systems. The Regenerators platform has been designed to be a destination for content, resources, stories and actions that inspire, enable, and empower people to take action in their own lives - whether that be at their workplace, home, community or school.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Screenings:

  • Review and manage all inbound non-theatrical screening requests for Regen Studios films submitted via Salesforce and email (Salesforce training to be provided)
  • Provide licensing information, negotiate screening and speaker fees and generate quotes and invoices in Xero.
  • Booking travel and accommodation for key speakers, if required.
  • Track the status of all screening requests in Salesforce.
  • Prepare license agreements, send resources and screener links and/or file to hosts in accordance with specified delivery timelines.
  • Act as main point of contact for all non-theatrical screenings booked via Regen Studios, including troubleshooting and providing technical support to screening hosts.
  • Update and monitor the master screenings calendar, supply secure screening links and ensure links are activated and deactivated in accordance with the license agreement.
  • Liaise with screening hosts, including community groups, schools, councils, businesses, and government entities, to ensure screenings are well planned, promoted and supported.
  • Identify opportunities for social media promotion of screenings on Regenerators channels or via our partner network.
  • Manage and respond to the screenings@ and contact@ email inboxes.
  • Update email and social media auto-replies and website FAQ’s.
  • Assist with coordination of special event screening activities and outreach.
  • Manage and optimise systems for tracking screening opportunities, status, action items, updates and reporting.

Impact Campaigns:

  • Assist with impact campaign and outreach activities as directed by the Head Impact Production or Impact Producer (e.g. strategic planning workshops, brains trusts, screening events, targeted activations, awareness campaigns, competitions and associated resources).
  • Conduct ad-hoc research and administration tasks as directed by the Regen Studios Directors or General Manager.
  • Assist with updates to The Regenerators website, toolkits and resources.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative and creative support to the Creative Director and Head Impact Production.
  • General administration duties including diary management, booking meetings, processing expenses and other tasks as required.
  • Booking travel and managing all expenses including tracking against key budget line items.
  • Attend key production/event meetings, take minutes and coordinate follow up of actions.
  • Ad-hoc research tasks as directed.
